November Promotions

We held a closed surprise welcome party at our Windsor location for Sean to congratulate him on his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt that he received while in Brazil and it was a success! But it wasn’t the only surprise for the night as Sean promoted Keenan Blais to the rank of Brown Belt in Brazlian Jiu Jitsu, a rank very well deserved for his hours of commitment to the sport and his years long journey to greatness in BJJ. Self Regulation Program

Our 2nd 6 week camp tailored around helping kids with self regulation headed by Sonder Therapy was also a success as it was now split into 2 groups with more instructors on hand. This was also done at our Windsor location where other Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are held. Our 3rd camp will be starting in January and we aim to have 3 groups. Spaces are limited so if you or a friend need more information contact us or Sonder Therapy.

During December, members and non members can purchase gift cards for any value that could be used towards any membership. The best part is that this amount is discounted by 10%, that means if you want to purchase a gift card for $100 you only have to pay $90! A limit of 2 per member and while supplies last.
