Every 6 months Professor Pat Cooligan from our affiliate school at Team Renzo Gracie OAMA comes down and not only promotes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu adults from our school at Windsor Essex, but also checks on the Hybrid Training school to ensure our curriculum meets the Renzo Gracie OAMA standards that is known in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community. He reviews our teaching, our students performance and understanding of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, and so much more. It’s vital to recognize and understand the impact and importance of being part of a large Brazilian Jiu Jitscu affiliate as it ensures our students are getting the best of the best and we’re upholding the standards set by IBJJF and our affiliate school at Renzo Gracie OAMA.

Seminar

The seminar is open to all interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and not exclusive to Hybrid Training students. During the seminar Professor Pat Cooligan goes over techniques that are new to students and to some of the instructors as well. This is an ever evolving sport and you are constantly learning to better yourself and your team mates.
